  The traditional air-conditioning system required manually control and monitoring of the temperature and air-conditioner. It can be wasting energy and resource if lack of constant monitoring. Routine maintenance also might be difficult because of the location of the air-conditioner. With the installation of iot, the temperature can be easily monitored and the operation of valve that allowed the flow of chilled water can be regulated according to the rise of temperature which can in term save energy. The filter status can be monitored as well. This eliminated the need of routine maintenance.
